1. Service Description

Altevo provides AI-powered marketing services for medical practices, including SEO optimization, content creation, review management, competitor monitoring, and advertising management through our platform and dashboard.

2. Subscription & Billing

Services are billed monthly on the date of initial subscription. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. A one-time setup fee applies to all new accounts.

3. 90-Day Performance Commitment

If you do not see measurable improvement in new patient inquiries within 90 days of service activation, we will refund your most recent month's fee and work with you to adjust your strategy at no additional cost. Setup fees are non-refundable.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate practice information, grant necessary access to your Google Business Profile and advertising accounts, and review AI-generated content before publication when requested.

5. Intellectual Property

Content created by Altevo for your practice is owned by you upon payment. Our platform, tools, and underlying technology remain the property of Altevo.

6. Limitation of Liability

Altevo is not liable for changes in search engine algorithms, third-party platform policies, or factors outside our control that may affect marketing results. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
